Refund & Return Policy


Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase kindly email us on and we will assist you with your exchange or refund according to our policies.

We do advise that you fit your item and check for any manufacturing errors within 7 days of your item being delivered, should it be the incorrect size or you have found a factory fault kindly email us immediately.


Products being the incorrect size can be exchanged for the correct size if the product is in its original condition and being returned undamaged and unused, returned in the original packaging. There are no exchanges on underwear bottoms/bodysuits as it goes against our hygiene policies.

Return/Exchange requests must take place within 7 workings days from time of delivery and approved exchanges must not exceed 14 days from the time of purchase given that the request was placed within 7 working days of delivery

Return Cost 

Customer will be liable to pay for the cost of returns , Heir Online does not take responsibility for any loss or damage of goods in transit while on board the courier service

You can opt for Heir Online to arrange collection on your behalf, however the collection cost will be deducted from your refund/exchange/voucher total

Customers will be liable for refund transaction fees on credit card payments, or payments using PayFast

Heir Online will incure the cost of returns for products with factory faults

Returns Process

1. Email to be sent to with detail of query

2. Upon acceptance of return customer is to deliver goods directly to the address provided to them

3. after accessing if the product is eligible for a return, a voucher will be issued for the value of the product at the time of sale.

Products damaged on delivery

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us of such delivery within 24 hours of it being delivered/collected

Once your product has been inspected and a your return/ exchange has been accepted you will be issued with a voucher to shop on our Online Store

Please refer to a specific product for it's return policy as this may differ from product to product should it be personal hygiene products, synthetic hair or product that would compromise our hygiene standards.
