Our Shipping Processes

1. Shipping takes 2 - 5 working days within South Africa , should a garment be made to order shipping will only take place 10 working days from the date your payment has been received

2. Our standard shipping fee is R80 anywhere in South Africa excluding Northern Cape, Free State, North West where the standard shipping fee is R150, Alternatively you can opt to collect your parcel from your nearest Post Net for R99

See below list for outlying areas that do not qualify for the R80 delivery charge, if incorrect delivery options are chosen Heir Online will select Postnet to Postnet as the delivery option or issue an invoice for the outstanding shipping amount

4. Customers are liable for the cost of delivery for returns and exchanges, we only accept delivery of exchanges and returns to our address and not a Post Net

PUDO Locker to Locker service

Pudo is a smart locker delivery system that’s changing the courier game in South Africa.

Heir Online will place your parcel in a PUDO locker closest to us, fast courier then picks up your package and delivers it to the Pudo locker closest to the address on your order. The recipient is notified that their package delivery has arrived in a locker and the collection can take place at the customers most convenient time.
